What to include

• Which mode you were using (Random, Memorable, or PIN) and the options you selected (length, character sets, separator).
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• Which browser and device you were using (for example: Android phone, Chrome).

Please do not email any actual password you generated — that would defeat the point of a private tool. Describe the problem without including the credential itself.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with the tool itself (bugs, unclear results, missing features). We cannot recover passwords for other services, bypass character limits set by other companies, or advise you on how to defeat security controls — those are outside what a password generator can do.
